Level test
Sit or lie down comfortably. You'll breathe normally for a minute, then hold your breath and stop at the first real urge to breathe — not your absolute max. That's your baseline.
- Don't do this alone if you're at all unsure about your health.
- Stop immediately if you feel dizzy or tingly.
- No hyperventilating first.
